The rigid aluminum hull allows the boat to plane earlier and at lower speeds than soft bottom tenders. An increase in performance, fuel efficiency and the ability to plane with and an increased payload are also very handy benefits of an aluminum rigid hull. The Ultralite Series are made with 3mm marine grade aluminium hulls which have high resale value, easy to maintain or repair and can be retubed at anytime. This series has also been designed with a 15° deadrise giving good boat speed and load carring capacity, early planning, reduced horsepower and fuel consumption.
The tubes are made with 5-ply Chlorosulfonated Polyethylene (CSM) ORCA® 828 manufactured by Flipo and Pennel™. This fabric is used by professional and military grade boats and is so superior we guarantee it with a ten (10) year warranty.
